Approve vendors and review onboarding, occupational health and safety (OHS) records, medical fitness certificates (ASO), Regulatory Standards (NRs), personal protective equipment (PPE), and required training
Track monthly labor-compliance submissions, including payroll, time records, statutory payment forms, eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb, and clearance certificates
Follow up on nonconformities with vendors and escalate recurring unresolved issues
Compile KPIs, dashboards, and technical reports that inform client decisions
Act as the client contact for mobilization documentation, explaining requirements and coordinating corrections
Support the Third-Party Workforce Management Assistant through technical guidance and development

Талаптар

Completed or in-progress higher education in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Accounting, Occupational Safety, or a related discipline
Experience with third-party workforce management, vendor oversight, or document auditing related to labor compliance and occupational health and safety
Working knowledge of labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, ancillary obligations, and Regulatory Standards (NRs)
Experience tracking compliance, service-level agreement (SLA), and quality metrics
Ability to guide colleagues and communicate knowledge effectively
Intermediate proficiency in Excel
Education or professional experience in Occupational Safety is a strong advantage
Experience using third-party workforce management platforms and client portals is an advantage
Background in personnel administration, payroll, or labor auditing is an advantage
Experience in BPO, outsourcing, or consulting is an advantage
Familiarity with Power BI or dashboard applications is an advantage
