Identify and qualify opportunities for service sales.
Turn customer enquiries and installed-base leads into quotations and orders.
Maintain consistent follow-up and clear funnel visibility with field service sales and cross-functional partners.
Build service-sales opportunities from the installed base, inbound enquiries, campaigns, lapsed contracts, and expiring warranties.
Connect with customers by phone, email, and digital channels to assess service needs and recommend suitable offerings.
Prepare accurate service quotations and commercial proposals according to approved pricing, discount, contract, and compliance requirements.
Manage opportunities from initial lead through closure and help convert quotations into purchase orders.
Keep customer, opportunity, activity, and forecast records current in approved CRM and sales systems.
Work with field service sales, service operations, finance, commercial teams, and customer service to resolve commercial questions and support timely order booking and execution.
Measure results against service-sales targets, assess funnel health and conversion, and use data to prioritize actions that increase orders, contract coverage, and customer retention.

Талаптар

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, business, or a related discipline.
Experience in inside sales, service sales, customer engagement, or commercial support in life sciences, diagnostics, medical technology, or a related B2B environment.
Practical proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office, including managing quotations, opportunity records, and sales reports.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Availability to work full-time onsite in Bangalore, India.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Experience selling service contracts, preventive maintenance, upgrades, spare parts, or other aftermarket solutions is advantageous.
Experience with scientific instruments, laboratory workflows, or regulated customer environments is advantageous.
Experience with structured sales-funnel reviews, lead-management processes, and continuous-improvement methods is advantageous.
