Freelance English-to-Vietnamese Life Sciences Translator
Translate, proofread, and quality-check Life Sciences content from English into Vietnamese on a freelance basis. Work remotely with TransPerfect clients and project managers.

- Translate and proofread documents for clients across varied projects
- Prepare and finalize deliverables before client submission
- Follow manager direction and coordinate with Project Managers
- Translate English content into Vietnamese across Pharmacovigilance, Clinical Technical, Clinical Patient-facing, and Clinical Outcome Assessment domains
- Document relevant Translation, MTPE, and Proofreading/QM experience in your CV
- Submit proposed USD per-word rates for Translation, MTPE, and Proofreading/QM services

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese
- Specialization in Life Sciences subject areas
- Exceptional attention to detail, spelling, and grammar
- Professional conduct in all situations, including work under tight deadlines
- Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement
- Successful completion of free Translation, MTPE, and/or Proofreading/QM assessments
- A recognized higher-education degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies that includes substantial translation training, or
- Two years of translation experience combined with a college degree, or
- Five years of translation experience without a college degree, or
- A translation competency certificate issued by an appropriate government authority
- Professional English-to-Vietnamese translation experience in the Life Sciences sector
