Delivery Director, Brazil (Remote)
Lead delivery operations and key client accounts at Dev.Pro, a US-based software development services company. Oversee distributed teams, client satisfaction, profitability, and account growth across Latin America.

- Oversee delivery for major client accounts, providing high-quality solutions on schedule.
- Set project and program goals with clients, track satisfaction, and resolve escalations.
- Recommend improvements to processes, tools, and technology, and identify ideas for new business or projects.
- Build relationships with senior client stakeholders and uncover opportunities within existing accounts.
- Contribute to revenue and margin planning.
- Plan workloads and allocate resources effectively.
- Manage delivery costs in line with revenue plans to meet margin targets.
- Work with the CTO and Marketing to develop and promote technical capabilities and service offerings.
- Help Sales prepare presentations, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Set up new accounts by coordinating staffing and aligning processes with client expectations.
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking opportunities, and industry events.
- Ensure managers address employee concerns, give feedback, track performance, and support career development.
- Coordinate with HR and Training on people policies, compensation, bonuses, and training.

- At least 10 years of project and program management experience in software products or IT application management.
- Experience managing teams and projects involving 100–150 or more people and annual budgets of $10–15 million.
- Demonstrated leadership, change advocacy, clear communication, and the ability to engage with executives.
- Experience hiring, developing, and retaining technical and managerial talent.
- Strategic thinking, sound decision-making, and accountability.
- At least 7 years managing outsourced engineering or IT service delivery for external clients.
- Advanced knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management.
- Experience managing delivery operations to meet customer satisfaction (CSAT) and profitability targets.
- Knowledge of delivery measures such as profitability, utilization, customer satisfaction, and quality.
- Experience designing and optimizing processes, including building operational systems from scratch.
- Experience participating in presales and engaging strategic stakeholders.
- Experience supporting account growth through proactive upselling proposals to new and existing clients.
- Financial management and strategic planning skills.
- Creative, proactive problem-solving, with a structured approach to operations and delivery.
- Experience in Retail, Hospitality, or FinTech is preferred.
- PMP, SAFe, or ITIL certification is preferred.
- Working knowledge of cloud computing, data management, and full-stack engineering is preferred.
- A software engineering background with practical development experience is preferred.
- Experience at software product companies managing large enterprise accounts and distributed, multinational teams is preferred.
- Experience developing talent, including mentoring managers and building established teams, is preferred.
