Support a U.S. medical practice remotely from the Philippines by managing Charm EHR scheduling, patient communications, portal messages, and administrative coordination.
Description
- Handle incoming patient calls, capture detailed messages, make follow-up calls, and respond to general inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and optimize patient appointments in Charm EHR
- Monitor Charm EHR inboxes and manage patient portal messages
- Maintain organized patient records and provide general administrative assistance
- Coordinate provider calendars, fill cancelled appointments, track follow-ups, and minimize scheduling gaps
- Respond to non-clinical administrative questions and direct clinical matters to providers
- Confirm appointments, return missed calls, and send follow-up reminders
Requirements
- Recent, hands-on experience with Charm EHR for patient scheduling and front-office administration
- Fluent, highly articulate spoken English with a clear, professional, and upbeat phone manner
- Warm, friendly, confident, and engaging communication style
- Demonstrated experience in medical reception, appointment scheduling, and patient messaging
- Quiet, private, HIPAA-compliant workspace at home
- Reliable PC or Mac computer
- High-speed primary internet connection
- Backup power and internet access
- Noise-cancelling USB headset
