Description
- Provide technical assistance for 3Shape hardware, including 3D scanners, and software.
- Support customers through online sessions, phone calls, and email.
- Attend occasional on-site events.
- Handle support cases by gathering relevant customer information in line with company procedures.
- Enter customer details into the company CRM.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Escalate customer feedback.
Requirements
- Bring a customer-focused approach to support.
- Communicate clearly, including by asking questions and listening attentively.
- Have strong spoken and written French and Ukrainian skills at B2 level.
- Have at least upper-intermediate English for internal communication.
- Apply problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Be results-oriented and able to work under stress.
