Description
- Coordinate operational communication among clients, suppliers, and internal teams
- Track adherence, compliance, service levels, and quality indicators on an ongoing basis
- Help suppliers interpret requirements, workflows, and platform processes
- Detect operational risks, exceptions, and workflow constraints before they escalate
- Develop, coordinate, and monitor formal corrective action plans
- Promote efficient operations while maintaining SLA compliance
- Produce technical assessments and reports for client and CSM decisions
- Oversee governance activities for third-party management
- Convert recurring operational challenges into organized process enhancements
Requirements
- Understanding of third-party risk management (TPRM) and vendor oversight
- Experience with, or knowledge of, document audits centered on labor compliance
- Knowledge of labor legislation and compliance standards, legal requirements, and regulatory duties
- Degree in Labor Law or Human Resources
- Intermediate-level Excel skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients and suppliers across seniority levels and backgrounds
- Strong active-listening and empathetic communication skills
- Strategic approach to resolving operational challenges
- Flexibility in a fast-moving, continually changing environment
