Description
- Create and deliver classroom and e-learning training, preparing materials, technical courses, and digital content for internal teams and Authorized Technical Service Centers (ATCs)
- Provide specialized technical support and advanced assistance to the authorized service network and internal departments
- Help diagnose complex product failures and reduce associated risks
- Review and approve service orders, warranty parts requests, labor reimbursements, and product returns
- Track and follow up on critical service cases
- Participate in FMEA, DFMEA, and PFMEA meetings
- Perform root cause analyses on parts that fail in the field
- Test products and recommend improvements with Engineering and Quality teams
- Track performance KPIs for Authorized Technical Centers
- Lead the Account Analyst project, report to leadership and headquarters, and help prepare technical bulletins
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related industrial or quality discipline
- Technical training in mechanics, electrical systems, construction, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with after-sales service and technical training delivery is preferred
- Willingness to travel domestically
- Valid Category B driver’s license
- Knowledge of measuring equipment such as pressure gauges, multimeters, and thermometers
- Technical English proficiency is preferred
