TD Wealth Client Service Associate (Toronto, Onsite)

Support TD Wealth Financial Planners and clients with investment transactions, account administration, and day-to-day service. Help maintain compliant operations and strong client relationships across Toronto and Calgary teams.

Description

  • Handle inquiries from Financial Planners and clients, delivering prompt and practical resolutions
  • Prepare, submit, and track new-account, transfer, and related documentation
  • Research and address issues raised by Financial Planners and clients
  • Support account openings, transfers, cash movements, iForms, and other administrative or transactional requests
  • Develop effective working relationships with Financial Planners, clients, and operations partners
  • Assist Financial Planners with daily business needs and client service delivery
  • Oversee transactions, account maintenance, operational activities, and escalated matters
  • Reach out to clients to arrange appointments, discuss seasonal opportunities, and review statements
  • Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities for net asset growth and additional revenue
  • Track workflow, quality assurance, validation, service levels, and productivity objectives
  • Follow risk management and compliance requirements while maintaining procedures and process documentation
  • Address escalations and suggest improvements to operational processes
  • Contribute to team initiatives, knowledge sharing, cross-training, and ongoing professional development
  • Deliver training, coaching, and guidance when appropriate

Requirements

  • University or college diploma, or at least two years of relevant industry experience
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification
  • Completion of the Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) within the first 90 days
  • Completion of Wealth Management Essentials (WME) within 18 months
  • Specialized knowledge spanning multiple products, processes, or systems
  • Advanced understanding of business-unit operations and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Knowledge of TDGB and IIROC codes of conduct, securities legislation, and related regulations
