Description

  • Create end-to-end learning solutions grounded in adult learning theory, performance consulting, and learner experience design
  • Develop brand-aligned design blueprints and storyboards
  • Build interactive eLearning, microlearning, video, simulation, and job-aid assets
  • Create modular, reusable content for formal and in-the-flow learning in Allego and Salesforce-connected environments
  • Work with subject matter experts to validate accuracy, business relevance, and learning-objective alignment
  • Turn curriculum and design requirements into intuitive, functional digital learning experiences
  • Publish videos, eLearning, assessments, field tools, and reference materials consistently across platforms
  • Guide the L&D team on platform capabilities, navigation, and digital content flow
  • Collaborate with Learning Data & Analytics on reporting structures, metrics, and dashboards tied to engagement and behavior
  • Apply consistent visual identity, tone, and learner experience standards across L&D deliverables
  • Manage version control, accessibility compliance, and controlled documentation practices
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness and refine content using performance data
  • Track learning technology developments and recommend new delivery formats and design methods
  • Conduct peer reviews and uphold quality assurance across deliverables

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience designing and developing digital learning content, ideally for sales or client-facing audiences
  • Demonstrated proficiency with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, WellSaid, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, or comparable software
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design methods, and microlearning strategies
  • Working familiarity with ADDIE, learning journeys, and digital-first training approaches
  • Experience contributing in collaborative, agile, cross-functional environments
  • Familiarity with Allego, SuccessFactors LMS, SharePoint, or comparable learning management and enablement platforms is preferred
  • Strong technical writing, digital publishing, and content design skills
  • Knowledge of performance consulting, learner experience design, and the Teach–Demo–Do framework
  • Home internet through cable broadband or fiber optic service with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
  • Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, business partners, and cross-functional L&D teams
