Welcome prospective clients and handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing intake calls.
Screen employment claims by gathering details such as termination dates, employers, wage disputes, and discrimination concerns.
Guide workers through intake questionnaires in fluent, clear Spanish.
Schedule consultations for qualified prospective clients with legal counsel and keep calendars accurate.
Record intake details, case notes, and documents in the firm's legal management software.
Follow up on missed calls, web leads, and incomplete questionnaires to support timely case routing.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong spoken and written communication skills in both languages.
Confident, articulate phone manner with warmth and empathy when speaking with people under stress.
Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and dependable follow-through.
Experience in legal intake, employment law, call center outreach, or high-volume customer service is preferred.
Comfort using legal CRM or case management software, VoIP phone systems, and everyday administrative tools.
Full-time contractor role requiring 40 hours per week.
Available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time.
