Description

  • Lead complex Decision Science initiatives from problem definition and opportunity sizing through solution design, experimentation, measurement, and optimization.
  • Create analytical strategies and decisioning solutions for servicing, personalization, membership value, colleague enablement, and operational excellence.
  • Direct the development of AI, machine learning, and GenAI solutions for prediction, recommendation, optimization, experimentation, and intelligent orchestration.
  • Assess and apply Agentic AI, agentic workflows, transformer-based recommenders, representation learning, Conversational AI, LLM systems, personalization, and next-best-action methods for servicing applications.
  • Guide modeling decisions, evaluation frameworks, data requirements, and solution trade-offs while maintaining analytical rigor and scalability.
  • Develop reusable data science products and decisioning capabilities with Technology and platform teams, taking solutions into production and measuring results.
  • Implement experimentation, monitoring, and continuous-learning practices to improve AI quality and business performance over time.
  • Lead project teams and mentor data scientists while strengthening technical standards, first-principles thinking, accountability, and commercial judgment.
  • Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and persuasive narratives that guide partners and senior stakeholders on priorities, solutions, and delivery.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous business problems through strong analytical and conceptual reasoning.
  • Hands-on expertise in data science and machine learning, including Python, SQL, or comparable tools, and experience developing and evaluating predictive or decisioning models.
  • Experience using modern AI and GenAI methods, with the technical depth to shape solution architecture, experimentation, and model or AI evaluation.
  • Track record of leading complex analytical initiatives and working across functions to advance solutions from concept toward production and measurable results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn technical analysis into actionable business recommendations and influence stakeholders.
