Overview AI develops industrial machine vision systems for automated inspection in manufacturing. Its edge computing cameras combine on-device NVIDIA GPUs with software for deep learning defect detection, classification, and segmentation. The product range includes OV10i and OV20i smart cameras and the high-resolution OV80i system. Manufacturers in automotive, electronics, pharmaceutical, and aerospace use the systems to inspect products on site, connect with industrial protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, and OPC-UA, and manage model retraining, analytics, and automation. Overview AI’s tools support rapid deployment and model training with limited data through transfer learning and augmentation.
