Description

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value, complex customer accounts and lead collections from start to finish
  • Contact customers by phone, email, and video to resolve overdue balances and disputes
  • Work with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Deal Desk to address billing and contract issues
  • Handle escalations with sales leaders and customer stakeholders for high-risk or high-value accounts
  • Keep collections forecasts, aging reports, and cash application records accurate
  • Develop process improvements that reduce Days Sales Outstanding and bad debt exposure
  • Use Oracle, Tesorio, or comparable platforms to manage workflows, monitor account status, and report portfolio health
  • Assist with month-end and quarter-end accounts receivable close activities

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in collections
  • Experience in SaaS, FMCG, or financial services is preferred
  • Track record of working with senior sales leaders to resolve account issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence negotiating with customers and stakeholders professionally
  • Ability to independently manage a complex, high-value portfolio
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, or comparable enterprise CRM, ERP, or billing platforms is highly valuable
