Senior Client Delivery Executive
Lead complex IT service implementations and strategic client relationships for Unisys in Kraków. Drive service delivery, account growth, operational performance, and customer satisfaction.
Description
- Direct large, complex client implementations across multiple locations
- Plan and deliver contracted services against agreed objectives
- Meet cost, quality, governance, innovation, and performance targets
- Build trusted client relationships through a strong local presence in Kraków
- Serve as a senior strategic partner and develop long-term client partnerships
- Work with clients, internal stakeholders, and Service Delivery teams
- Address operational, technical, and business challenges proactively
- Coordinate seamless service delivery and stakeholder engagement
- Turn complex business needs into scalable, innovative solutions
- Grow accounts through service expansion, continuous improvement, and value creation
- Support account governance, service reviews, and strategic business planning
- Lead operational excellence and risk management across accounts
- Share industry knowledge and market developments
- Guide delivery teams in strategies that improve client outcomes and sustain business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- A master’s degree is preferred
- Extensive experience leading client and service delivery
- Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management and relationship building
- Ability to turn issues into business opportunities and technical solutions
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills at C1 business fluency level
- Able to work at the client site in Kraków up to three days per week on short notice
- Willingness to travel as needed
