Description

  • Build, develop, and maintain business relationships with members and clients through service, prospecting, and solicitation
  • Sell securities products and services through appropriate distribution channels in line with client needs and established practices
  • Support discretionary management, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and structured products
  • Assist members and clients while strengthening ongoing business relationships
  • Handle sales, sales support, client relations, product inquiries, and service requests
  • Provide investment advisors and the wider team with administrative, customer service, and business development support
  • Answer account and product inquiries, research information, and complete necessary follow-up
  • Direct requests to the appropriate internal contact
  • Help members and clients select and use tools and channels suited to their preferred level of independence and automation
  • Manage phone calls and information requests, routing them to the appropriate contact
  • Identify operational risks and opportunities to improve processes

Requirements

  • Attestation of Collegial Studies
  • At least three years of relevant experience
  • Alternative combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • French-language proficiency is required
