Description

  • Advise the Success Architect organization as a trusted expert in Agentforce and Data Cloud
  • Work with Signature and Strategic customers on technical architecture, DevOps, performance, and solution-design optimization
  • Address product capability gaps with tailored architecture and customization strategies
  • Influence executive stakeholders by connecting technology strategy with business value and ROI
  • Execute Success Architect engagement playbooks for Agentforce and Data Cloud customers
  • Strengthen partnerships with internal teams and external business stakeholders
  • Advance thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing
  • Lead enterprise success strategy with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, and AI-powered analytics
  • Create executive deliverables such as strategic business reviews, value-realization frameworks, and multi-stakeholder success plans
  • Analyze portfolio insights to uncover whitespace opportunities, adoption barriers, and risk indicators
  • Establish AI tool standards, playbooks, and governance with Customer Success leadership
  • Support customer migrations to Agentforce and Data Cloud and improve their ongoing use
  • Partner with customers, colleagues, and external partners on architecture, performance, and solution design

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of enterprise consulting experience, including implementation of enterprise analytics or customer data platform software
  • At least two Salesforce Data Cloud or CDP and AI development or implementation lifecycles
  • Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize data- and integration-focused business processes
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, integration architecture, and data governance practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across audiences ranging from developers to executives
  • Ability to lead discussions and translate technical solutions into clear business value and ROI
  • Foundational knowledge of emerging data and AI technologies, with the ability to stay current
  • Self-directed and proactive approach to managing work independently while collaborating remotely with customers and colleagues
  • Commitment to data ethics and privacy, including applicable regulations and security best practices
  • Required degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Substantial AI-first experience in a senior or strategic customer-facing role, including hands-on Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or comparable AI-powered success platforms
  • Ability to turn AI-generated insights into executive-ready narratives and strategic recommendations, supported by strong commercial and business judgment
  • Experience creating or contributing to AI usage frameworks, governance policies, or AI fluency programs in customer success or professional services
  • Strong consultative ability to guide enterprise customers on Salesforce AI capabilities, outcomes, and ROI
  • Preferred experience with a Data Cloud or CDP consulting and implementation partner
  • Preferred experience with Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Google Cloud Storage or BigQuery, or Azure administration or architecture
  • Preferred experience with customer data platforms including Segment, Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform, Amperity, Treasure Data, Twilio Segment, or Realtio
  • Preferred experience implementing Salesforce Clouds and multi-cloud environments
  • Preferred familiarity with Salesforce Architecture Domains, including Integration, Access and Identity Management, Data Architecture, Sharing and Visibility, and Declarative and Apex Development
  • Preferred experience with Python, Java, .NET, or SQL
  • Availability to work AMER shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
