Remote Recruiting Coordinator, United States
Coordinate recruiting for Viva Talent’s US clients by scheduling interviews, maintaining ATS records, and communicating with candidates. The role focuses on keeping hiring pipelines moving and improving candidate response times.
Description
- Arrange interviews promptly and accurately for hiring managers, Talent Partners, interviewers, and panels.
- Maintain current ATS statuses, notes, and next steps.
- Communicate clearly, promptly, and personally with candidates through email, LinkedIn, and job boards.
- Spot candidate delays and resolve process bottlenecks.
- Research issues, make recommendations, provide context, and bring decision-makers in at the right time.
- Use AI to work more efficiently while applying personal judgment.
- Manage candidate response time, time between hiring stages, time to hire, and hires against target.
- Work as part of the recruiting team at one of Viva Talent’s US customer companies.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, HR, or a related role.
- Experience scheduling interviews for hiring managers, recruiters, or Talent Partners.
- Experience using an ATS or HRIS to manage candidate or employee records, statuses, and next steps.
- Experience communicating with candidates or employees through email, LinkedIn, or job boards.
- C1-level English proficiency.
- At least two years at one company during your career.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Experience using AI tools in practical work and reviewing their outputs before relying on them.
