Remote Customer Support Specialist in Japan
Support campervan customers in Japan by managing leads, bookings, cleaning schedules, inventory, and partner coordination for WASABIT. Handle customer communication through phone, email, and the WIX CRM.
Description
- Handle incoming customer leads through phone, email, and the WIX CRM
- Qualify prospects and promote relevant services to drive conversions
- Coordinate booking resources, schedules, and cleaning arrangements
- Track van supplies and manage related inventory orders
- Respond to enquiries and prepare quotes for customized customer requests
- Collaborate with marketing on projects, promotions, and campaigns
- Administer seasonal promotions and special offers
- Maintain accurate website content and regularly update FAQs
- Coordinate with vehicle partners on operational matters, month-end closing, and revenue-share statements
- Maintain pre-booking and post-booking checklists
- Confirm vehicles are cleaned, repaired, and maintained before and after each booking
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills
- Customer service experience, ideally handling enquiries by phone
- Genuine interest in or knowledge of the hospitality industry
- At least two years of experience preferred
- Adaptable approach with a startup-oriented mindset
- Willingness to take on responsibilities beyond the core job description
