Remote Claro Customer Service Call Center Representative – Peru
Provide postpaid customer support for Claro users in a remote role with Partner Service. Handle calls, answer inquiries, and identify commercial opportunities.
Description
- Answer calls from users with Claro services
- Deliver effective customer support
- Resolve inquiries and handle commercial activities during calls
- Complete 12 days of theoretical training followed by 4 days of practical training
- Work rotating afternoon shifts with rotating days off from Monday through Sunday
- Work full-time shifts of 7 hours 30 minutes plus a 45-minute break, semi-full shifts of 6 hours, or part-time shifts of 4 hours
Requirements
- At least 3 months of call center experience
- Access to a desktop computer or laptop
- Windows 10 or 11
- At least a fifth-generation Intel Core i3 processor or equivalent
- At least 8 GB of RAM
- Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps
- USB-connected headset
- Camera enabled during training
- Sworn declaration of identity
- Availability for the selected schedule
- Willingness to work under a professional-fees receipt arrangement
- Existing or obtainable RUC registration
- SUNAT SOL username and password
- Secondary education
