Description

  • Calculate resignations, terminations, and associated payroll actions
  • Coordinate offboarding records, signatures, and exit procedures
  • Handle SGK termination, registration, deregistration, and declaration processes
  • Fulfill employee document requests in accordance with legal requirements
  • Maintain payroll inputs, including attendance data and employee insurance-related tax deductions
  • Track consultancy invoices, SGK petitions, and no-outstanding-debt certificates
  • Contribute to broader payroll and employee administration activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • One to five years of payroll experience, ideally including one to three years in a relevant role
  • Analytical ability and close attention to detail when handling calculations and payroll data
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, hands-on working style with strong ownership in a fast-paced setting
  • Resilience and comfort operating in high-headcount, operationally demanding environments
  • Completed military service for male candidates
  • Team-oriented mindset, cultural alignment, receptiveness to feedback, and commitment to ongoing learning
