Partner Manager, United States Remote

Lead B2B partnerships for VikingCloud’s cybersecurity and compliance solutions, growing partner-sourced pipeline through alliances, integrations, and co-selling. Own partner performance, enablement, commercial agreements, and revenue-focused ecosystem development.

Description

  • Develop and optimize strategic partner relationships to support revenue growth and joint business outcomes
  • Build relationships with agencies, affiliates, technology providers, and other strategic collaborators
  • Serve as partners’ primary contact by coordinating communication, resolving issues, and uncovering expansion opportunities
  • Manage B2B partnerships across technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, and managed services sectors
  • Research prospective partners, evaluate commercial fit, and shape ecosystem expansion plans
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, establish commercial terms, and define performance KPIs
  • Coordinate partner onboarding, training, and enablement programs
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing on sourced pipeline, lead generation, co-selling, and customer acquisition
  • Coordinate with Product and Solutions Engineering on partner onboarding and Asgard Platform integrations
  • Set and track KPIs covering revenue contribution, pipeline generation, producing partners, engagement, and business plan delivery
  • Review partner results, produce performance reports, recommend improvements, and share insights with internal stakeholders
  • Represent the organization with senior stakeholders while resolving issues and identifying new collaboration opportunities

Requirements

  • Background in partner management, strategic alliances, channel management, business development, or a comparable commercial function
  • Experience building and managing B2B partnerships in technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or managed services
  • Experience with MSPs, MSSPs, technology vendors, resellers, hardware suppliers, or similar strategic partners is preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Ability to work effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Operations
  • Proficiency in securing commercial agreements and administering contracts
  • Strong written and verbal communication with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated negotiation ability and commercial judgment
  • Ability to assess partnership opportunities, interpret market trends, and turn findings into practical strategies
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional programs, partner onboarding, and partnership execution
