Lead Global Compensation Partner – Nextracker Inc. (Remote)

Lead global compensation programs at Nextracker, shaping equitable pay practices, salary structures, equity programs, and incentive strategies for a clean-energy technology company.

Description

  • Research compensation markets to support competitive and equitable pay practices
  • Develop and maintain job evaluation frameworks, grading systems, and salary structures
  • Interpret compensation data and prepare leadership reports
  • Manage the annual compensation cycle, including budgets, merit increases, and bonus planning
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on offer development
  • Oversee new-hire compensation and equity refresh processes with Legal and HR
  • Lead change management for compensation initiatives
  • Maintain HR-system data accuracy and improve operational efficiency
  • Advise on job leveling, market pricing, and incentive-plan design
  • Work with HR Business Partners to connect compensation programs to organizational objectives
  • Deliver training on compensation policies, processes, and philosophy
  • Track industry developments to strengthen compensation strategies
  • Support compliance with local and federal requirements, including FLSA, ERISA, and SOX
  • Report to the Global Head of Total Rewards

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of progressively responsible compensation experience, including global programs
  • Advanced knowledge of job architecture, market pricing, salary structures, and equity programs
  • Experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday and compensation analytics tools
  • Strong command of Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization
  • Ability to analyze complex data and turn findings into practical recommendations
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of equity administration
  • Experience in a fast-growing technology company
  • Exposure to executive compensation
