Description

  • Provide customer support to Czech- and Slovak-speaking clients.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Answer inquiries and resolve issues professionally by phone, chat, and email.
  • Explain and clarify customer complaints.
  • Track financial markets and keep up with market developments.
  • Update and verify client information in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with XTB’s external branches and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Native or proficient Czech language skills.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Higher education, or current enrollment in the final year of university.
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and complete work quickly.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
