Description

  • Partner with assigned corporate functions on strategic HR priorities
  • Turn business goals and enterprise people strategy into talent, organization, and employee experience solutions
  • Plan for workforce needs and build leadership and talent pipelines
  • Create and deliver a one- to two-year people strategy for assigned client groups
  • Apply workforce analytics and HR expertise to identify issues, recommend actions, and assess results
  • Oversee performance, talent, succession, development, compensation, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Evaluate workforce capabilities and address critical skill and leadership gaps
  • Advise leaders on organizational design, role clarity, spans and layers, governance, and workforce planning
  • Lead people and change plans for organizational transformations
  • Coach leaders and handle employee relations matters and workplace investigations
  • Apply HR policies and employment practices in line with legal and company requirements
  • Keep workforce data accurate for decision-making, reporting, and compliance
  • Advance inclusive and equitable talent and employment practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or a related field
  • Five to seven or more years of progressive HR experience
  • HR business partner or HR generalist experience advising leaders in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Track record of owning a people strategy or plan for a function, division, or client group
  • Experience leading talent, succession, performance, and workforce planning processes
  • Experience coaching leaders through complex performance, talent, employee relations, or organizational decisions
  • Experience leading organization design, restructuring, integration, or major change initiatives
  • Ability to use workforce and employee insights and cross-functional partnerships to diagnose issues, shape decisions, implement coordinated solutions, and track outcomes
  • Working knowledge of relevant employment laws, HR policies, employee relations practices, and investigation principles
  • Strong business judgment, communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Digital fluency with HR systems, analytics, and productivity tools
  • Must be authorized to work without visa sponsorship
