Freelance Account Executive, UK Market

Freelance Account Executive responsible for expanding Goodweek’s partner-led AI management platform through UK MSPs and distributors. Owns partner acquisition, activation, adoption, retention, and account expansion.

Description

  • Grow Goodweek’s business throughout the UK market
  • Serve as the dedicated growth partner for a portfolio of distributors and MSPs
  • Own the Sell → Activate → Prove → Expand lifecycle for direct MSPs, from prospecting through expansion
  • Identify, qualify, and recruit new MSP partners across the UK
  • Build and manage an MSP pipeline in Salesforce, including projected volumes and timelines
  • Lead commercial negotiations and guide MSPs through contract signature
  • Deliver onboarding sessions, training, and tailored product demonstrations
  • Create MSP-specific use cases and develop enablement materials
  • Track and document end-user engagement while building business cases for wider adoption
  • Develop forward-looking customer pipelines and generate incremental license growth
  • Spot churn and disengagement indicators and put remediation plans in place
  • Co-create MSP growth plans spanning customers, use cases, and industry verticals
  • Maintain Salesforce forecasts and monitor activation, time to first customer, engagement, and license-growth metrics
  • Diagnose performance shortfalls, implement corrective measures, and share market insights with the VP Sales
  • Act as the primary contact for MSP day-to-day questions and operational issues
  • Investigate and resolve problems, escalating them to engineering with complete context when required
  • Provide structured product, Product Marketing, and activation-framework feedback
  • For distributor-sourced MSPs, own activation, onboarding, training, adoption, and expansion following the VP Channel’s Sell-phase handoff
  • Establish operating cadences with distributor regional teams covering pipeline, enablement, and issue reviews
  • Supply the SVP with reliable field data and performance analyses for distributor reviews and escalations

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or partner and channel growth
  • Ideally, two to three years of experience working with MSPs, distributors, or technology partners
  • Demonstrated success winning new partners and expanding existing accounts across prospecting, commercial negotiation, onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Strong consultative sales and discovery capabilities
  • Ability to turn customer challenges into practical AI use cases and measurable business outcomes
  • Experience delivering partner enablement, onboarding, training, and recurring pipeline or performance reviews
  • Strong commercial rigor, including accurate Salesforce administration and forecasting
  • Ability to interpret adoption data to uncover risks and growth opportunities
  • Technical confidence demonstrating a SaaS platform, understanding integrations and workflows, resolving first-line issues, and escalating effectively
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort working with operational teams and senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, hands-on, and accountable approach
  • Ability to collaborate across functions, adapt quickly, and take ownership beyond a narrowly defined sales role
  • Fluent English
  • Additional languages relevant to the territory are advantageous
