Founding Recruiting and People Operations Coordinator – MintMCP
Lead recruiting coordination, onboarding, and people operations as an early team member at MintMCP. Create AI-enabled workflows and operating processes for an agent infrastructure company.
Description
- Manage the full candidate and new-hire experience at MintMCP
- Coordinate interviews efficiently and maintain momentum throughout the hiring process
- Run onboarding activities so each new hire is prepared to contribute from day one
- Support people operations, HR administration, and compliance work
- Document repeatable processes to reduce reliance on undocumented team knowledge
- Create agentic workflows in MintMCP’s product to improve recruiting and people operations
- Continuously refine and automate workflows while applying practical judgment
- Partner with the founders and broader team to shape hiring and company operations
Requirements
- Approximately 2–4 years of experience as a recruiting coordinator
- Demonstrated ownership of a process, including evidence of something you created or improved
- Strong inclination toward workflow optimization and automation
- Excellent organization skills and close attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly, with an AI-native mindset or readiness to develop one
- Motivation to grow into people operations, onboarding, HR operations, and compliance responsibilities
- Experience creating or managing AI agents or agentic workflows is a plus
- Background in HR operations, onboarding, or compliance is a plus
- Familiarity with an ATS such as Ashby or Greenhouse is a plus
- Experience creating or improving recruiting or onboarding workflows is a plus
- Willingness to work hybrid from the San Mateo or San Francisco offices three days per week
