Executive Assistant Associate at EY - Taguig Onsite

Support EY executives in Australia and New Zealand from the Taguig office. Manage calendars, travel, expenses, communications, and administrative coordination.

Description

  • Deliver high-quality administrative support to EY member firms
  • Provide remote assistance to senior executives based in Australia and New Zealand
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and diary schedules with internal and external contacts
  • Review, respond to, and follow up on emails
  • Organize flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and related travel arrangements
  • Monitor and submit expenses for reimbursement or payment requests
  • Coordinate event logistics, invitations, and RSVP tracking
  • Record and submit executives' working hours
  • Take messages and manage incoming telephone calls
  • Develop productive relationships with clients and their executive assistants
  • Maintain lists and records in EY's database
  • Monitor information and prepare reports on clients and markets
  • Work closely with virtual and locally based executive assistant teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or college degree in any field
  • At least two years of experience in executive assistance, secretarial, or administrative assistant work is preferred but not required
  • Customer service experience involving multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Above-average written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to support multiple executives while managing competing priorities and workloads
  • Willingness to work an early morning shift
  • Strong time management and workload-prioritization skills
  • Confidence interacting with executives
  • Exceptional attention to detail
