Executive Assistant, Administrative Support - Kroll (Mumbai Hybrid)

Executive Assistant supporting Kroll’s senior risk and financial advisory leaders in Mumbai. The role covers administrative coordination, client events, CRM, travel, and remote-team operations.

Description

  • Serve as the primary contact and escalation point for administrative services across assigned service lines or locations
  • Provide tailored administrative support to the Executive Committee and CXO-level leaders
  • Develop knowledge of designated service lines to effectively support senior leadership
  • Oversee the service-line or location request queue in partnership with the remote team
  • Allocate administrative requests to assistants and help maintain efficient office operations
  • Offer constructive feedback and training assistance to fellow assistants
  • Coordinate and prioritize calls, contacts, emails, and other information flows
  • Plan marketing events, webinars, internal social activities, and client events
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Keep the client relationship management database accurate and up to date
  • Assist with client requirements such as billing, document management, engagement acceptance, and setup
  • Arrange business travel and prepare detailed itineraries
  • Deliver secretarial and executive assistant support to Managing Directors and the broader team
  • Maintain calendars and diaries
  • Complete additional tasks required to support efficient business operations

Requirements

  • Prior experience supporting senior management and owning project responsibilities
  • Advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Background in a comparable field, such as financial services or accountancy
  • Proactive, quick-thinking, and comfortable working independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong integrity
  • Professional, clear, and precise written and verbal communication
  • Skilled at developing practical solutions and resolving issues diplomatically
  • Able to help design improved client education and reporting systems
  • Capable of analyzing data, identifying trends and applications, and presenting accurate findings
  • Able to remain effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and productive while working remotely
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships quickly
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach to teamwork
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Available to work from 6:30 pm to 3 am IST
