Corporate Executive Assistant – Baltimore Hybrid

Provide executive support to an advisory firm’s leadership team in a hybrid Baltimore role. Coordinate calendars, travel, communications, expenses, and Asana-based projects.

Description

  • Oversee executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel plans
  • Arrange internal and external meetings, conference calls, and video conferences
  • Complete and submit expense reports in Concur
  • Act as a point of contact for executives, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Manage emails, telephone calls, and correspondence for leadership
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and related communications
  • Contribute to special projects, monitor progress, and help keep deliverables on schedule
  • Provide project coordination support with tools including Asana
  • Deliver executive support in a fast-paced, high-performing work environment

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Project Coordinator, or in a comparable role
  • Professional experience supporting executives in a corporate or professional services setting is required
  • Demonstrated expertise in calendar administration and travel coordination
  • Experience providing support to executives and senior leaders
  • Project management or project support experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience using Asana is advantageous
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to travel to the Connecticut office approximately once per quarter
  • Availability to attend two required company-wide events each year
