Support 3Shape dental scanners and software for global partners and end users. Resolve Tier 2 cases, document customer details in the CRM, and escalate feedback.
Description
- Deliver technical support for 3Shape 3D scanners and software through online sessions, phone, email, and occasional on-site events.
- Manage support cases by gathering customer information in line with company procedures and recording it in the CRM.
- Coordinate with other departments and escalate customer feedback.
- Build strong relationships with reselling partners and end users around the world.
Requirements
- Take a customer-focused approach.
- Communicate clearly, ask relevant questions, and listen attentively.
- Have strong spoken and written English and Ukrainian skills at B2 level or above.
- Have at least intermediate English for internal communication.
