Veterinary Contact Center Specialist
Handle Nestlé consumer inquiries as a veterinary contact center specialist, providing support across multiple channels and escalating cases from Asunción, Paraguay.

- Provide high-quality service for Nestlé consumer inquiries, complaints, and requests across all channels.
- Resolve Level 1 inquiries and requests within expected timeframes and in line with market policies.
- Escalate cases that require Level 2 support through the appropriate channels.
- Take part in training and learning opportunities covering processes across the markets involved.
- Communicate and build working relationships to support smooth operations.
- Maintain service quality and consumer satisfaction through chat, email, social media, and phone.
- Provide active feedback to support case follow-up.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Graduate with a degree in veterinary medicine (required).
- Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
- Intermediate English preferred.
- Experience in a contact center or customer service role interacting with customers and consumers preferred.
- Knowledge of contact center procedures and routines preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience working with KPIs preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize urgent tasks.
- Communication and negotiation skills, with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
