Lead end-to-end hiring at Teckro, from sourcing and interviews to offers and onboarding handoffs. Improve candidate experience, referral hiring, ATS compliance and recruitment reporting.

- Manage each hiring process with managers, from role scoping and advertising through sourcing, screening, interviews and offers.
- Use structured interviews and scorecards to support consistent, inclusive hiring.
- Build and operate the employee referral programme, including promotion, tracking and rewards.
- Arrange interview training and advise hiring managers on interviewing and candidate experience.
- Find candidates directly and develop pipelines for recurring vacancies.
- Work with agencies on specialist searches, monitoring agreements, fees and results.
- Draft offers and contracts within approved salary bands and approval processes.
- Arrange background checks and right-to-work verification.
- Maintain candidate records in the ATS according to GDPR requirements and guidance from Legal Counsel and the DPO.
- Coordinate new hire transitions to onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics, suggest process improvements and contribute to employer brand content.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Two to three years of recruitment experience in-house or at an agency, ideally in technology or a fast-growing company.
- Demonstrated ability to source and hire quickly, including for technical or specialist positions.
- Experience with an applicant tracking system; BambooHR experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Knowledge of GDPR as it applies to recruitment and Irish employment legislation relevant to hiring.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
