Partner Development Representative, Reseller Partnerships — Ramp
Identify and qualify reseller partners for Ramp’s finance infrastructure platform. Build partner pipeline and support Channel Partner Managers through the partnership conversion process.

- Generate and qualify reseller opportunities through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries
- Find value-added resellers and distributors, then evaluate their fit for Ramp’s partner program
- Introduce Ramp’s reseller program to partnership leaders, sales executives, C-suite stakeholders, and vendor managers
- Develop a reliable top-of-funnel pipeline for Channel Partner Managers to turn into signed partnerships
- Create outbound messaging and campaigns that address reseller partner priorities
- Coordinate with Channel Partner Managers to deliver well-qualified, effective hand-offs
- Keep partner and opportunity records accurate in Salesforce and other internal systems
- Contribute to defining and scaling Ramp’s reseller acquisition process

- Communicate clearly and persuasively in writing and conversation, using a consultative approach
- Confidently engage senior contacts at reseller and distribution companies
- Bring experience in partnerships, channel sales, sales development, or outbound selling
- Show curiosity about reseller business models and how Ramp can support their revenue strategies
- Manage outbound activity with strong organization, metric tracking, and rapid iteration
- Experience prospecting to or collaborating with resellers or distributors is preferred
- Experience with partner ecosystems in B2B SaaS, fintech, or software resale is preferred
- Experience in sales or partnerships at a rapidly growing startup is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is preferred
