Support patient registration and check-in at R1 RCM’s Florida hospital locations, handling insurance details, payments, and care-access questions. Provide compassionate service while working variable PRN shifts based on coverage needs.

- Answer phones and collect accurate patient information efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Reduce registration delays by responding to patient questions clearly, confidently, and compassionately.
- Build trust with patients and families during stressful or emotional situations.
- Review insurance plans and coverage information.
- Record demographic and medical information accurately.
- Collect co-pays and provide cost estimates when applicable.
- Coordinate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to support smooth patient flow.
- Train across multiple departments as required.
- Work variable shifts as needed to meet coverage requirements, without a fixed schedule.

- Be available for shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
