Inside Sales Support Representative - Connecticut Remote
Support managed-account growth for The Home Depot through customer service, quoting, project coordination, and issue resolution. This full-time remote role is based in Connecticut.
विवरण
- Help grow the Outside Sales portfolio through customer service, quoting, product sourcing, project ownership, relationship management, post-order follow-up, and issue reconciliation.
- Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to address quoting, pricing, availability, and issue resolution for high-volume projects.
- Manage managed-account projects from initiation through completion while keeping customer needs central.
- Resolve issues for internal and external customers, conduct after-sale follow-up, transmit invoices, and respond to quote requests.
- Report to a Supervisor.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Have working knowledge of presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate project management skills.
- Be able to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with internal and external customers.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have previous customer service or retail sales experience, specifically in home improvement trades.
- Know local building codes relevant to home improvement.
- Bring a consultative, growth-oriented mindset and respond quickly to internal and external customer needs.
- Have in-depth knowledge of retail systems, including Showroom Point of Sale-Orange Pay, Order Up, My Custom Designs, Volume Pricing Program, Quote Center, Pro Xtra, Credit Services Center, and the Appliance Ordering System.
- Hold a high school diploma or GED.
- Have at least one year of work experience.
