  • Help grow the Outside Sales portfolio through customer service, quoting, product sourcing, project ownership, relationship management, post-order follow-up, and issue reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to address quoting, pricing, availability, and issue resolution for high-volume projects.
  • Manage managed-account projects from initiation through completion while keeping customer needs central.
  • Resolve issues for internal and external customers, conduct after-sale follow-up, transmit invoices, and respond to quote requests.
  • Report to a Supervisor.

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Have working knowledge of presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate project management skills.
  • Be able to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with internal and external customers.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have previous customer service or retail sales experience, specifically in home improvement trades.
  • Know local building codes relevant to home improvement.
  • Bring a consultative, growth-oriented mindset and respond quickly to internal and external customer needs.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of retail systems, including Showroom Point of Sale-Orange Pay, Order Up, My Custom Designs, Volume Pricing Program, Quote Center, Pro Xtra, Credit Services Center, and the Appliance Ordering System.
  • Hold a high school diploma or GED.
  • Have at least one year of work experience.
