Make outbound calls to enroll patients in Nsight Health’s remote patient monitoring and chronic care programs. Work remotely to secure consent, support patients, and achieve enrollment goals.

- Call patients with approved scripts to explain and enroll them in remote patient monitoring and chronic care management programs
- Explain service benefits, answer questions, and address objections to complete enrollments
- Achieve or surpass daily and monthly enrollment goals
- Deliver responsive customer service and a positive patient experience
- Accurately verify and document patient information
- Follow HIPAA requirements and internal compliance standards
- Attend daily morning virtual meetings and coordinate with the remote team through Google Workspace
- Complete data entry and reporting in Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Adapt to updates in scripts, procedures, and program offerings
- Identify patient needs and provide proactive assistance
- Follow company policies and applicable regulations
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned

- Demonstrated sales experience
- Clear, friendly verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work across multiple scripts and respond professionally to rejection
- Skill in building rapport and trust with patients
- Effective multitasking and time management in a remote setting
- Positive, energetic, and empathetic approach
- Ability to read, write, and interpret documents and instructions
- Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Well-developed communication and organizational abilities
- Google Workspace proficiency, including Sheets and Docs, preferred
- Associate degree preferred
- Call center experience preferred
- Internet service with at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
- Required hardwired internet connection; Wi-Fi is not permitted
- Internet speed test submission during the offer process
- Private workspace that meets HIPAA requirements
- Availability Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Eastern Time
- Required attendance for 5–7 days of training, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern Time
- Comfort using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and workflow automation platforms
- Compliance with HIPAA and company policies
