  • Lead end-to-end hiring for Brand Ambassadors, Team Lead Ambassadors, and City Managers.
  • Advertise roles, source applicants, and keep recruitment pipelines active across U.S. markets.
  • Screen applicants and arrange interviews with the appropriate Operations Managers.
  • Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with Operations to assess weekly and future staffing needs.
  • Assist with hiring for new market and campaign launches.
  • Keep recruitment trackers current and share regular hiring updates with Operations.
  • Own the complete onboarding process for newly hired Brand Ambassadors.
  • Confirm that Brand Ambassadors finish all required documentation and onboarding steps before training and deployment.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and follow up with new hires on outstanding requirements.
  • Coordinate with Operations to prepare new Brand Ambassadors for training and deployment.
  • Answer Brand Ambassador questions during onboarding and provide prompt HR support.
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records and monitor new-hire status.
  • Keep current records for active, inactive, and rehired field team members.
  • Provide onboarding support for Team Lead Ambassadors and City Managers when needed.
  • Work with Operations to identify Brand Ambassadors who qualify for Team Lead opportunities.
  • Manage the administrative steps for promotions from Brand Ambassador to Team Lead Ambassador.
  • Track the Team Lead Ambassador pipeline across each market.
  • Support the administration of Team Lead promotions while Operations manages performance reviews and candidate selection.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least two years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Background in high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate hiring across multiple cities at the same time.
  • Comfort handling payroll and employee-related questions.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Experience with frontline, hourly, or field-based workforces is preferred.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, growing organization.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment and onboarding activities.
