- Field Service Lightning और संबंधित सेवा-प्रणाली सहायता के लिए प्राथमिक व्यावसायिक संपर्क के रूप में कार्य करें
- तकनीशियनों, टीम लीडरों और Field Service Managers को दैनिक सहायता प्रदान करें
- Salesforce Field Service Lightning और उससे जुड़े फील्ड एप्लिकेशन का प्रशासन करें
