- Act as the main customer contact for inquiries, orders, and complaints
- Recommend suitable products to customers
- Record and process customer orders
- Create and issue quotations
- Enter information and keep master data accurate
- Manage written customer correspondence
- Respond to incoming telephone calls
- Support the team with administrative tasks
- Coordinate general office organization and daily operations

- Completed commercial vocational training and at least three years of professional experience, preferably in B2B e-commerce or a trading business
- Strong Dutch language skills
- Strong German and English language skills
- Additional foreign-language skills are beneficial, with French preferred
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and through virtual channels
- Methodical, proactive, and self-directed working style
- Fast learner with strong organizational ability and a high level of personal accountability
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
- Friendly, approachable communicator
- Preferably located near the company’s Würzburg or Wiesbaden offices
