Process client invoices in Oracle using the platform’s billing functions
Bill clients for hours worked, expenses, fixed fees, and retentions
Reconcile Oracle records for hours, expenses, and fixed fees against client invoices or statements of work
Prepare invoice registers, daily updates, unbilled balances, and aging reports
Produce monthly cash forecasts and accrual data
Contact customers to follow up on overdue invoices

A graduate degree, preferably in accounting or commerce
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational ability
Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients
Exceptional attention to detail
Practical Oracle experience is an advantage
Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
At least one year of experience working with Oracle
Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement
