Tavsif

  • Act as the main customer contact for inquiries, orders, and complaints
  • Recommend suitable products to customers
  • Record and process customer orders
  • Create and issue quotations
  • Enter information and keep master data accurate
  • Manage written customer correspondence
  • Respond to incoming telephone calls
  • Support the team with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate general office organization and daily operations

Talablar

  • Completed commercial vocational training and at least three years of professional experience, preferably in B2B e-commerce or a trading business
  • Strong Dutch language skills
  • Strong German and English language skills
  • Additional foreign-language skills are beneficial, with French preferred
  • Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and through virtual channels
  • Methodical, proactive, and self-directed working style
  • Fast learner with strong organizational ability and a high level of personal accountability
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Friendly, approachable communicator
  • Preferably located near the company’s Würzburg or Wiesbaden offices
