Lead the digital acquisition and loan servicing experience for Achieve’s personal loans and HELOCs. Guide AI-enabled customer journeys, optimize conversion funnels, and develop product managers.

- Set the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital acquisition and loan servicing across personal loans and HELOCs.
- Bring AI agents and tools into digital acquisition and loan servicing journeys.
- Guide cross-functional product squads while contributing to architecture, backlogs, and technical specifications.
- Create consistent digital processes for onboarding, loan origination, automated decisions, document collection, and post-origination servicing.
- Connect self-service journeys smoothly with support from people.
- Use customer behavior and funnel data to improve conversion, self-service loan management, referrals, cross-selling, and refinancing.
- Broaden the tools available for engaging consumers across channels.
- Work with Engineering, Marketing, Enterprise Product Management, Credit Risk, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Operations.
- Coach and grow Product Managers, building career paths and clear execution standards.
- Steady teams through change, align stakeholders, promote accountability, standardize workflows, and develop managers.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bring at least 10 years of product management experience delivering complex digital products for consumers.
- Have 3–5 years of experience in product leadership.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field or have equivalent practical experience.
- Know consumer lending well, including personal loans, mortgages or HELOCs, or debt consolidation and acceleration.
- Have direct experience with loan origination systems, servicing platforms, digital underwriting, and credit bureau integrations.
- Show success combining fragmented product flows into cohesive digital experiences with cross-selling capabilities.
- Bring technical depth to review API documentation, contribute to architecture discussions, write detailed specifications, and lead technical execution squads.
- Have experience with digital, phone, SMS, email, and AI engagement channels.
- Understand lending compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Use product analytics, A/B testing, and conversion optimization methods.
- Demonstrate steady, trusted leadership, focused and adaptable execution, accountability, and a record of developing people and capabilities.
- Be eligible to work in the United States; Achieve cannot facilitate H-1B visa transfer or sponsorship or STEM OPT visas.
