- Build automation solutions for operational processes supporting US SME channels
- Develop cross-functional partnerships across SME Sales, AD, Oneforce Capabilities, Technology, Control Management, and CEG
- Use Python, SQL, and Hive for data preparation, statistical modeling, and data mining
- Investigate process gaps and collaborate across teams to resolve operational challenges
- Develop, validate, and implement automated solutions that minimize manual intervention
- Supervise contractors and apprentices to support accurate, timely, and efficient business-as-usual operations
- Evaluate existing methods, challenge established practices, and identify process improvement opportunities

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a quantitative discipline such as economics, finance, accounting, statistics, artificial intelligence, data analytics, or engineering
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, plus practical experience with analytical tools such as Hive, PySpark, and scikit-learn
- Programming experience with SQL, SAS, Python or R, Unix scripting, and Excel/VBA
- Experience working in big data environments and applying data-mining techniques
- Experience using advanced statistical or quantitative methods to address business problems
- Hands-on experience with analytics and machine learning, including data processing and model validation
- Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and work with structured and unstructured data
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel pivot tables, macros, and presentation development
- Strong relationship-building, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to deliver results independently while managing competing priorities
- Self-directed approach and comfort working in a changing, fast-paced environment
- Preferred: experience with CRM platforms, Salesforce, or statistical software
- Preferred: knowledge of GCS and USSME business operations
- Preferred: familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, NoSQL databases, and relational database management systems
- Preferred: experience with cloud products and services such as Google Cloud
- Preferred: experience with visualization and automation tools including Tableau, Power BI, Power Automate, and Splunk
