Collections Operations Supervisor (Remote)
Lead collections recovery teams for Kafene’s AI-powered lease-to-own fintech platform. Improve recovery performance, reduce delinquency, and support compliant customer resolutions.
विवरण
- Lead and coach the collections team toward individual and departmental recovery targets
- Track daily collection activity and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management
- Create and execute strategies to increase collection rates and reduce delinquency
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and review or approve payment arrangements, write-offs, and settlements
- Work with Customer Service, Finance, and Compliance to address account discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with applicable collection laws, regulations, and internal procedures
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least two years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field, including supervisory or team leadership experience
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Working knowledge of collection laws, compliance standards, and industry best practices
- Proficiency with Excel and collection management systems
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must reside in Panama or Guatemala and be legally authorized to work in the country
