  • Generate scalable pipeline for sales partners
  • Act as the initial contact for customers seeking suitable solutions
  • Build customer-focused sales capabilities and provide an excellent customer experience
  • Develop detailed knowledge of Cloudflare products and services
  • Represent Cloudflare and support PAYGO customer accounts
  • Manage a portfolio of free, Pro, and Business customers
  • Strengthen customer relationships and uncover expansion opportunities
  • Use Google Sheets, Airtable, internal tools, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to match customers with relevant product suites
  • Own quotas for qualified opportunities, pipeline value, and revenue
  • Create new business opportunities within the existing customer base
  • Prioritize target accounts through timing, use cases, qualitative assessment, and data analysis
  • Partner with account executives, marketing, sales operations, and other BDRs
  • Support the leadership of team-wide BDR campaigns and initiatives
  • Compose sales correspondence, conduct calls, and use persuasive discovery questions
  • Track, report, and manage sales activity and outcomes in SFDC
  • Help develop and refine team processes

  • Fluent Mandarin is required for daily collaboration with customers in China
  • Ability to communicate, negotiate, and present complex business information in Mandarin
  • Working knowledge of Cloudflare’s product portfolio
  • Self-directed approach with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Customer-first perspective grounded in empathy and curiosity
  • Willingness and ability to learn technical concepts and terminology
  • Ability to manage several tasks and projects at once
  • At least one year of BDR or comparable technology-industry experience preferred; SaaS experience is advantageous
  • Experience with Google Sheets, Outreach, SFDC reporting, and data analysis is advantageous
  • Offer may depend on authorization to receive software or technology regulated by U.S. export laws without sponsorship for an export license
