Clinical Research Associate, DACH (Germany Remote)
Monitor sponsor-dedicated clinical trial sites across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Support site selection, compliance, data quality, training, and regulatory activities for Fortrea.
विवरण
- Identify and evaluate potential investigators and clinical trial sites
- Recommend sites during feasibility and selection activities
- Conduct pre-study, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
- Track site performance, data quality, and protocol compliance
- Serve as a primary contact for site staff, providing training and support
- Apply data insights to evaluate risks and inform decisions
- Support regulatory audits, ethics committee submissions, and system access coordination
आवश्यकताएँ
- Degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or a related allied health field; equivalent relevant experience may substitute for formal education
- Basic to strong working knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and applicable clinical trial laws and regulations
- Sound understanding of clinical research processes, regulations, and methodology
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
- One to three years of monitoring experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
