Boulevard Risk Analyst II – Payments and Fraud (Remote, US)
Analyze merchant applications, transactions, and fraud exposure for Boulevard’s appointment-based self-care platform. Support KYC, AML, card-brand, and payments compliance.

- Evaluate merchant applications against KYC and AML requirements
- Investigate flagged transactions and alerts, recommending appropriate payment-processing actions
- Support the development of fraud-detection and risk-management tools
- Assess merchant transaction histories and recommend payment-processing limits
- Handle inquiries from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate payment-processing matters with Onboarding, Customer Support, and external partners
- Approve merchant applications in line with company policies, processor standards, card-brand rules, and federal regulations
- Identify improvements that simplify underwriting and enhance the merchant experience
आवश्यकताएँ
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three to seven years of payments-industry experience in underwriting, transaction monitoring, customer support, fraud, or risk management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google productivity tools, particularly Excel or Sheets
- Experience with merchant-processing platforms and applications
- Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, and other card-brand rules and regulations
- Understanding of PCI compliance requirements
- Ability to interpret credit-card processing statements
- Strong analytical, research, and detail-orientation skills
- Ability to investigate complex merchant issues, make decisions, and communicate findings
- Comfort communicating directly with customers by email or phone to verify application information
- Self-directed work style and comfort working in a digitally connected environment
