Remote coordinator supporting cardiology appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient reactivation. Maintains Epic records, handles patient calls, and routes urgent concerns to the clinical team.

- Confirm upcoming cardiology appointments through outbound patient calls
- Handle appointment rescheduling and cancellations
- Maintain accurate Epic records and document patient interactions
- Escalate urgent patient concerns to the appropriate clinical team
- Locate and contact overdue, cancelled, and no-show patients without follow-up appointments
- Conduct outreach across multiple channels and maintain detailed Epic follow-up lists
- Continue follow-up until appointments are booked or records are closed
- Answer incoming phone lines as needed
- Schedule and reschedule patient visits
- Address routine appointment questions
- Direct clinical messages to the appropriate recipients
- Record every patient interaction accurately in the EMR
आवश्यकताएँ
- Fluent English communication skills
- Practical experience using the Epic EHR in cardiology practice workflows
- Experience communicating directly with older patients
- Experience with patient reactivation, high-volume scheduling, or medical receptionist responsibilities
- Availability for a full-time contractor role requiring 40 hours per week
- Availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
